
The incredible growth in recent years has meant a dilution of core values. Entitlement and hubris have crept into the company but Apple continues to work against this.
I would worry a bit less about micromanaging artificial numbers, and allow a bit more of the old Apple culture back. Make fun to work there again.
Reduce unnecessary process, streamline the employee review process and make it more transparent, make the hiring process more streamlined and data driven.
Better benefits: Improve health care offerings. Improve office perks. Free meals. Free gym.
Culture here is actually pretty good. So wouldn’t change a thing.

Hire managers who care about results rather than being touchy-feely.
Pay Apple retail line level employees more.
