I like that they don't have to be told every little step to fulfill their own jobs to a academic perspective.
Be transparent with your employees. Management exercises consistent behaviour with using “unclear words” regarding the way they make decision in Apple retail. In my role I was told “you will going through more training”. All because I received one detractor even though I held an nps score of 98/100

The team has some really good experts and top-notch engineers. Problem is that there are also people who are causing team issues and no one in management is dealing properly with it.
Some people are great, but the bad ones are really bad. Apple promotes a culture of speaking ignorance with confidence and getting ahead. I've seen people screw up majorly and repeatedly and still get ahead because they can convince higher ups they know what they're doing.
The most positive thing would be the people and overall culture of the company. It feels open and welcoming to work here

Most of the time it is a very collaborative environment. People are experts in their fields and trying to do the best for the company. But you also sometimes have people place their own convenience above the company's.

Interviews with this company are very relaxed.
It's different from other organizations. I had to go through a total of 4 rounds. I get to mingle with other candidates. It is an open concept.

Respecting people background, knowledge, and experince. Most interviews are fake and pre managed. Recruiters never respond to your applications

Solving technical problems, while stressful in the moment, is extremely satisfying when successful.
Pt employees are capped at certain hours per week. Job responsibilities have increased . We are expected to always multi help without a pay increase. Moral of my coworkers including myself have decreased. I recommend give your pt employees more hours. Show as a company you care about your employees
