In my role I was told “you will going through more training”. All because I received one detractor even though I held an nps score of 98/100
Pt employees are capped at certain hours per week. Job responsibilities have increased . We are expected to always multi help without a pay increase. Moral of my coworkers including myself have decreased. I recommend give your pt employees more hours. Show as a company you care about your employees
