The recruiting wuality is excellent. My coworkers are hard workers and motivated to make the inpossible happen in record time. Never met a better group of admin individuals. The recruiting done for our team was great.
My team has always been exciting to work with, some customers might call us crazy and immature but this just means we are 100% commited and love our jobs here at Apple.

The team has some really good experts and top-notch engineers. Problem is that there are also people who are causing team issues and no one in management is dealing properly with it.
Some people are great, but the bad ones are really bad. Apple promotes a culture of speaking ignorance with confidence and getting ahead. I've seen people screw up majorly and repeatedly and still get ahead because they can convince higher ups they know what they're doing.
Understanding talent, what makes then effective and how to make sure the org is prepared for the future- all is problematic as the company has grown and gotten more diverse in what it offers.
Equalize skill levels and avoid workload bias within team members.

There is a lack of coordination, focus and direction. The responsibilities are very matrix. The problem is that when everyone is a leader, no one is the leader.

People who are base level Tech Support can dump their customers on Senior Technical Support just because they don't want to do their job that day, or because the customer is angry. Senior Technical advisors should be there for advanced tech support. NOT to dump customers onto.
