Apple needs to go back to it’s core values of what makes it different from the rest of retail. It needs to be more about the customer experience rather than making a sale.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For a company that holds its products in such high regard it should have a more demanding highering process and a higher rate of pay. Compensation is very well paying for retail but one could argue Apple already sets a higher expectation in quality and thus should adjust wages.
