Pet insurance even though i dont use it because i dont plan to stay long due to managment i got lemonade insurance

Better pay but in this economy everyone struggles especially smaller businesses

I feel undervalued because i do not get any respect even though i am respectful. I dont get paid a wage that i can live off of. Certain managers have targeted me as a person. I have raised my concerns to my STL and DTL and nothing has changed.

Management does not put out weekly, schedules, there is never any consistency within the workplace, staff is yelled at by managers, etc. etc.
