The welcome i got from the other team members

She was nice at fist

It was a pretty standard interview

Review from Customer Success Dept

The flexibility and quick response times

That it was simple and easy

Review from Sales Dept

That they were willing to work with my schedule because they were understaffed and needed the help.

The SALON manager. Not the owner.

Review from Operations Dept

They made it seem simple, easy and well managed until I realized it was all for a positive look. The work place is HORRIBLY MESSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had interviewed many potential groomers, we are fair in our asessment of people and willing to give opportunity!

Review from Operations Dept

It was quick and simple! I applied on Indeed, was able to get an interview within a week, and was hired shortly after. The interview was just a brief discussion with the manager about working style & what I'm good at and it wasn't stressful, I didn't feel like the questions were too hard.

The manager at the time was very easy to speak to and cared a lot about my intentions when it comes to what I was looking for.

Being able to see the store and meet a lot of the staff.

Review from Sales Dept

How friendly they are at first and being able to see first hand what I would be doing.

Quick and easy, not a long process

Review from Sales Dept

Franchise owner cared about listening to ideas rather than forcing them on us

You're having a conversation so it lets people that get nervous during an interview not be so nervous.

It was casual and not stressful

He went slow with me and held no judgment even if i didnt know some things

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

make it more structured, and require managers to contact interviewees' previous employer

I was hired on spot, without an interview. Given my expierence and resume, I did not find this to be a problem.

a more in-depth view of what the employee is looking for in a workplace as well as their expectations pertaining to their workplace

Review from Operations Dept

Make it more like you want them to be there

Review from Sales Dept

Be more open to explaining actual roles

The woman that interviews has nothing to do with the company

I would suggest having the manager and an employee that has been with the company a while interview the potential coworker.
