The SALON manager. Not the owner.
Review from Operations Dept
They made it seem simple, easy and well managed until I realized it was all for a positive look. The work place is HORRIBLY MESSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I had interviewed many potential groomers, we are fair in our asessment of people and willing to give opportunity!

It was quick and simple! I applied on Indeed, was able to get an interview within a week, and was hired shortly after. The interview was just a brief discussion with the manager about working style & what I'm good at and it wasn't stressful, I didn't feel like the questions were too hard.
The manager at the time was very easy to speak to and cared a lot about my intentions when it comes to what I was looking for.
Being able to see the store and meet a lot of the staff.

Be more open to explaining actual roles
The woman that interviews has nothing to do with the company
I would suggest having the manager and an employee that has been with the company a while interview the potential coworker.
