the staff meetings never accomplished anything and co-workers were essentially allowed to bully other employees with no repercussions because the management also chose sides. there is no attempt to make employees feel respected or part of the team

I think the district managers need to be held more accountable and unable to cover their lies up. The amount of retaliation in my district is off the charts and if you ho to HR, they TELL the DTL whats up and you get in trouble! Viscious cycle.
