The workers great managenent not so much.
We're actually all friends! Everyone tries to work together, and I know some of us hang out outside of work despite meeting eachother at PSP. Although, sometimes you can tell who is there for a paycheck & who is there because they really want to be. Which is understandable.

Stop playing so many games and just come to work to WORK. Not cause drama
They need to keep professional relationships as coworkers, communicate and not name call or threaten. We could work better together if they judged less

the staff meetings never accomplished anything and co-workers were essentially allowed to bully other employees with no repercussions because the management also chose sides. there is no attempt to make employees feel respected or part of the team

Co workers should be trained my the Lead team member and take additonal online trainings and/or visit other stores that have good teamwork. Co workers should work their way up to job titles as they prove they will follow the mission and valuesnof the company
