What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are there for me with any question or concern that I have. They are quick to respond.

Truly want you to succeed aside from our store leader who cant really comment on

Franchise is an amazing experience. But on the corporate side the leadership is above and beyond helpful and friendly.

they are always willing to help. if there is an issue with a customer, a question i have about the technology or animal keeping, or infrmation about a product. they make the environment comfortable. they are receptive to change when we learn new things, and offer ways to make things better if we can

As always with leadership its hit or miss, but at our store I'd like to say that we have a pretty fair & objective management team. My GM is very understanding and tries her best to accomodate for everyone's needs. I have nothing but positive things to say about her.

Assistant manager is not fit to be a manager. Can’t address anything without targeting, belittling , gaslighting, being biased, being aggressive. Yelling and disrespecting employee

leaders need to be less focused on stats and numbers and more focused on actually training all their employees to do a better job. employees are able to get away with not doing anything and having awful customer service skills and never get in trouble while middle management gets reprimanded for it

Care about your workers, it's as simple as that.

Understanding their emoloyees, and keeping our wellbeing in check

They need to be better at going to the employee DIRECTLY to see what, if any issues. They also need go stop taking money out of peoples checks when they already paid for what they ordered/do not pay for product to run grooming
