They are there for me with any question or concern that I have. They are quick to respond.
Truly want you to succeed aside from our store leader who cant really comment on
Franchise is an amazing experience. But on the corporate side the leadership is above and beyond helpful and friendly.
they are always willing to help. if there is an issue with a customer, a question i have about the technology or animal keeping, or infrmation about a product. they make the environment comfortable. they are receptive to change when we learn new things, and offer ways to make things better if we can
They are very helpful and understanding
we all get along and my manager is truely amazing.
they are kind and very creative with ideas
They are personable, empathetic, and always available to help out
They are kind and easy to work with
My Stl is honest and by the book. He goes to bat for his team and is fair in work task delegation. Easy to approach and generally a fun guy!
Review from Operations Dept
very knowledgeable and helpful if you do your job right they love you
As always with leadership its hit or miss, but at our store I'd like to say that we have a pretty fair & objective management team. My GM is very understanding and tries her best to accomodate for everyone's needs. I have nothing but positive things to say about her.
How understanding they are to me and others
Review from Customer Success Dept
Easy to talk to and ready to help with any issues
they are chill, understanding and efficient
My store manager always treats everyone with respect, fairly, bends over backwards for you, can't ask for anything else.
Store level is amazing. Need more like the manager i have
Communication is a good thing
it is alright I guess
our leadership team currently consists of two people plus a new shift supervisor. they hold the entire store together and dont ger enough credit.
they need to improve their communication
Training their employees. Doing thorough interviews before hiring
Review from Customer Success Dept
Listening to their employees and there are major conflicts of interests
Communication, teamwork, leadership, organization, the list goes on
Open door policy even on tough conversations. Not assuming what the sales Associate is saying but listening to them.
Listening to fellow employees. Working with us instead of against us.
Empathy and flexibility to listen to others no matter the position you hold.
Review from Sales Dept
They need to be better at going to the employee DIRECTLY to see what, if any issues. They also need go stop taking money out of peoples checks when they already paid for what they ordered/do not pay for product to run grooming
Biasness, management with work, and professionalism.
Communication, time management, efficiency and work ethic.
Understanding their emoloyees, and keeping our wellbeing in check
Hire better people to work with their employees and are fair in their actions; more communication
Review from Sales Dept
Providing policies and handbooks in writing, actually advocating for promised pay
Communication. Appreciation of employees and how about good old honesty to others. Employees are human
Review from Operations Dept
Managing their employees effectively and efficiently
Care about your workers, it's as simple as that.
leaders need to be less focused on stats and numbers and more focused on actually training all their employees to do a better job. employees are able to get away with not doing anything and having awful customer service skills and never get in trouble while middle management gets reprimanded for it
Assistant manager is not fit to be a manager. Can’t address anything without targeting, belittling , gaslighting, being biased, being aggressive. Yelling and disrespecting employee
Respectfulness of employees. Listening to employees. Not playing favorites with employees. Gossiping with employees ahout other employees.
Review from Sales Dept
Need more respect for people
