Working here over a year and came to realize that the animals in the store are not a priority what so ever to the point that I have been berated in the middle of the store for holding my ground when it comes to putting those animals first.

Empathy and flexibility to listen to others no matter the position you hold.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help neighbors stay informed/knowledgable and keep their pets healthy with the best products if not better. As well as make neighbors feel cared about along with their fur family :)
