Me as well as my coworkers don't like our new manager because of how controlling and her attitude towards us and the customers she talks to. Customers would want to talk to us instead of her because of how rude she is towards them and always says we're too slow or that we're not good at our job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i havent got paid and they will not contact me

Usually when there is a complaint by a customer, it is constant feeling of it is the workers fault regardless of the situation. There are no training videos on how to help mitigate the customer's anger especially when all the proper steps are followed.

Money is missing from checks, We need to revaluate the managers and team members. I got yelled at by another coworker in front of all the managers and customers and the coworker was let go or whatever cause he showed back up, but they went and hired his sister. I already was threatened and nothing

The best thing I love about my team is how well connected and friendly we are to each other, not counting the new manager since she treats us like we're lower than her. My managers who I've been working with for a couple of months though treat us like family, like we're their children and help us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers were extremely rude and even bullied me. It came to the point where i had to quit because my mental health and well being was being pushed by multiple employees including the manager.

Compassion during health complications l had 12 surgeries beginning with my right toe.

Have the companies help support us more often. More pay and allow us to get more workers to hire than worry about losing money and cutting many hours to save some money. It always felt like we were scraping by with employees and even having the part timers do 30+ hour weeks.

Something that makes me really happy is when it's nice and quiet since it's not such a busy day allowing me to clean up or work on a project I've been assigned while also talking to my coworkers allowing me to feel comfortable and relax and also being dragged around the store to help a customer.

No effective way to help make customers less angry other than making signs that say to place an order early for balloons especially on the weekend due to how busy it can get. Post it everywhere so they do not get mad at the longer pick up times due to their fault of waiting the last minute.
