I think the discounts are plenty for a part-time employee.

I love seeing my friends/co-workers and I really enjoy organizing the store and helping customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I said earlier, I am good friends with all of my co-workers and we work hard to make sure the store is in the best shape it can be in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My old general manager that interviewed me was very bubbly and eager to get to know. I didn’t feel like I was being psycho-analyzed, i felt comfortable and like I was able to say everything I needed
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers, we all get along great, but we all have a mutual agreement that our management team could be better, we should not have to hold our assistant manager accountable for showing up to work drunk.
