What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers, we all get along great, but we all have a mutual agreement that our management team could be better, we should not have to hold our assistant manager accountable for showing up to work drunk.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers were extremely rude and even bullied me. It came to the point where i had to quit because my mental health and well being was being pushed by multiple employees including the manager.

My old general manager that interviewed me was very bubbly and eager to get to know. I didn’t feel like I was being psycho-analyzed, i felt comfortable and like I was able to say everything I needed

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My coworkers were extremely rude to not only me, but multiple others. I was being treated way below than what my standards are. It is a shame to see this and even worse to be a victim of it.
