Dont allow two individuals that are friends be in upper management. There was lots of nepotism due to this. Thr multi unit at the location in which I was employed, and the RSS were friends. Not fair at all.

Literally everything. They do not communicate with employees at all. If you miss a shift by accident they do not call to alert you. They punish you for things out of your control. Yell and berate employees IN FRONT of customers and other employees. Just all around terrible people to work for.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
basically we have no benefit, some franchisee sometimes gives one week vacation that's about it. Thanks.

They have a wide variety benefits that the employees can sigh up for twice yearly. They are notified and given a list the available benefits that I believe are generous, including life insurance, starting at the Shift Leader position.

It's too expensive for what we're being paid. We're being offered health insurance for $400 a month which is way more than what most of us make in one check.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In my honest opinion, we need our manager replaced badly. A new manager who is mature and actually cares about it's employees and the customers needs to be put in place.

I was interviewed by an Opening Store Manager, so I wasn't grilled too hard. From what I have seen, General Managers take time to understand the person they are interviewing and hiring based on store needs.

When I was interviewed, the multi unit that was the Regional Supervior as the time talked about the drama with the previous management . I was also told to come to one location and, then fifteen minutes before my interview i was called and asked to come to another location for the interview. A mess
