The franchise was good, own Franchise Of The Year in 2022, and rightfully so. They contribute a lot to the community, which can be seen through their social media.
Review from Sales Dept
I can get hours because its open 24 hours
Other then the gm the District manager is good
The help they offer when in need
They all work together as a team.
He is good and excellent
The few people in my store that actually knows what it means to be a leader i love the level of communication we are able to have
They help whenever is needed
Some of them are nice
they all work together to get things done in time
FOLLOW UP WITH EACH SITE
I dont particularly care for it . Ive never had an assertive manager that ran the floor and had control of the staff . I find many take it too lax ( including food saftey) and use work hours as hang out time . Need more authority or manager training
Review from Customer Success Dept
They're pretty easy-going and whenever I don't understand something they love to sit there and explain to me in high detail which I love on how to fix the problem and do it correctly next time
Review from Sales Dept
They are understanding and nice in general
We all work together to get the food an drinks out so teamwork
There is one person that i look up to and its my new assistant manager who oversees everything that i have been doing to try and get reconized for the job that i do.
Review from Sales Dept
They are not pushy or bossy but they get stuff done.
We work together amazingly and I appreciate them very much
I am growing as a leader through the company. Started as a crew member at 14. Now I'm 28 managing 2 stores. Working to prove myself and move up even more. I stay because I feel valued. I'm apart of a team. I have fun with ny staff- even when we are short. And regulars. My bosses care. They prove it.
train the managers and workers better
Helping new hires, communication, gossip, drama
Positivity, kindness, equality and customer service
The way they treat and talk to their employees
personal behavior and work enviroment behavior, favoritism
Review from Customer Success Dept
Treating people with dignity ans respect. The only option i was given is to be taken off of the schedule for being deaf.
Showing up to shifts, scheduling enough people for a shift, picking the RIGHT leads and general managers
Having empathy, Customer service skills, and generally just how to manage a team.
Review from Sales Dept
Step up, and lead the shift, rather than relying on underpaid standard crew members to physicaly manage the store
Listening to employee concerns and treating them like humans not slaves
Review from Sales Dept
Providing fair notice for schedule and shift changes. Maintaining professionalism and clear directions. Correctly reflecting hours worked on pay. Teaching before punishment. Organizing work schedules. Creating a more positive environment for all staff.
Leadership team needs to work on professionalism and respect for employees.
scheduling, hiring, day shift managment, training, DPS
To actually address the issues brought to them, not to cover them up or tell the staff they it's out of their control and there's nothing they can do.
Taking care of problems in the store and not telling employees to "deal with it" or "handle it ourselves"
Literally everything. Communication, scheduling, etc.
Not quite sure we have a leadership team that im aware of at all.
Respecting the employees and not treating them lije trash
Management and fair treatment of employees and also taking complaints seriously
EVERYTHING , i been working for dunkin sjnce i was 16 years okd and what ive experienced at this dunkin is something i dont wish on anyone else. Its disturbing
