Dunkin' Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Calm collective and knowledgeable at processes and how things were going to be

It was simple. And fast and the manager seemed nice.

There was no interview I started training on the spot

It was fun, the offered me a cup of coffee, they smile, made me feel relaxed so I could be comfortable to answered all questions.

Review from Sales Dept

open conversation, personal work history.

Review from Customer Success Dept

My manager seems nice to everyone.

Was quick and asked basic questions, was literally hired same day

Review from Sales Dept

I was interviewed by an Opening Store Manager, so I wasn't grilled too hard. From what I have seen, General Managers take time to understand the person they are interviewing and hiring based on store needs.

Review from Sales Dept

The interviewer seemed professional and looked like they knew what they were doing. I was provided answers to my questions, and it seemed like my concerns were addressed.

It was quick and easy

I got hired very fast

It was open and very staright foward

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything went smooth he explained everything perfectly fine very understandable

Review from Sales Dept

The hiring team was nice

Casual interview dont have to dress nice

Review from Sales Dept

The questions about my previous work experience and what I could bring to the Dunkin' corporation.

Review from Sales Dept

Related to the enterviewer well

Great eye contact. Motivational ready to work

I got the job i interviewed for.

Review from Product Dept

That I didn't have to fill out an application and started the job right away

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

This is a HUGE company, Be more professional!

Review from Sales Dept

It was too easy and too good to be true

Again you need descent management

Not having discrimitory workers, who would rather gossip and blame their team instead of giving help without attitude.

Review from Sales Dept

Get back to potential employees faster, don't ghost people who got turned down, make sure its a manager doing the interview NOT a shift lead

Not to ask personal questions like are you on drugs and then tell employees business that arent with company any longer

Don't let your managers hide in the office so they can avoid an interview

Be more professional and not so rude when i was interviewed she told me i lied i worked there before even when i said i never worked dunkins in my life she went and looked up my social and tried to match it the other persons and it proved i was right worst interview ever

They hire anyone. They want people with open schdules to not even put them on the scheule and lie about hours they will get a week

When I was interviewed, the multi unit that was the Regional Supervior as the time talked about the drama with the previous management . I was also told to come to one location and, then fifteen minutes before my interview i was called and asked to come to another location for the interview. A mess

Review from Sales Dept

I never had an interview

I had never had a interview they just had me start work

Have my manager actually make eye contact with the people interviewing instead of being on his phone or laptop the entire time. Typically people also shake hands before and/or after an interview but my manager had the worst handshake that I myself had to initiate otherwise it wouldnt have happened.

Better training from managers and better communication.

I dont plan on returning and will put out my word about that specific store and manager

Review from Sales Dept

Better questions. Maybe an actual guidline

I would appreciate if I knew I was going to be put in such a toxic environment where I would be dehanized or they would dehumanize others around me to try to shape my perspective of people.

Answering in a timely manner

maybe actually interviewing people instead of just having them come in one day

The presence of the hiring manager would be a good start.
