Most of them are fantastic! However, you always have the ones who like to start trouble and cause drama. It's best to stay clear of those ones!
Mostly good. But there's good and bad apples everywhere you work. Getting cursed out and having cups of hot coffee thrown at me by my co workers and it never be addressed is horrid and i hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Managers don't even take time to train. I have never actually workee with my store manager. She's always gone.
Like a family.. You love em one moment but dislike the at times

It’s okay I just feel bad for the others that I work with who are constantly working and have families
It is sometimes not so balanced but the day goes quick balenced or not it’s worth it at the end of the day

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Dunkin'?
Actually take the time to train their employees on the physical level instead of just by watching 20 hours of videos I wasn't trained therefore left me as a target for teasing, co workers cursing at me, being treated poorly and in result less training occured
Stop hiring managements family and promoting them over equally qualified persons

Not at all everyone is expendable is what the manager tells all the employees

Everyones a boss in dunkin donuts i had 7 to 10 bosses telling me to do this n that and cant question what they are doing which is talking and walking around not getting any thing done themselves

Me personally i think they are great poeple just need to do unannounced RORs

They dont give vacations to employees unless u ask for them and most employees dont know about vacations because they were never informed

They don’t they just hired whomever. And people that have been there forever get held to higher standards than the newbies... very frustrating

To many bosses telling you what to do and as for me i worked 35 hours a week but for most new hires they get very little hours not enough for a good living wage

New hires are great its the old employees that feel like they are privileged n have to do absolutely nothing

Owners don't see what goes on at all, granted they pay managers at each location to make sure everything is being professionally and accurately handled. No tips at the one I work at, owners choice. Dealing with customer service when about 1/2 of the people I come in contact with are pretty inconsiderate, unappreciative and rude..we deserve tips. Usually in the workplace, you have a few really great workers and then you have people who get paid the same amount and don't do nearly as much. It's way too stressful and there's way too much to do for the amount I get paid...minimum wage.
