There are only a handful of members that makes this store run. Other than that Management plays no part in the store. This is why the store is falling apart.

There is no training and little good management. Employees need to be taught and also not be on their phones 24/7

Address more attitude problems coming from employees. I understand its stressful at this place but having an attitude makes a working day 10 times stressful and infuriating than it already is. Managers always let attitude problems slide like it didnt happen.
