The rest of the team is great. They are understanding, they communicate effectively, for the most part,(no one is perfect). They all treat one another equally and speak to each other with respect not just extreme aggression.

Try to work really hard
There are only a handful of members that makes this store run. Other than that Management plays no part in the store. This is why the store is falling apart.
Everyone on my team is great except for that one shift leader that treats me as if im below him and that he better than me
The employees get along very well except for the manager

They are great the only problem is the management

Everyone doing their jobs and less phone usage and not hiding out of the cameras veiw.
There is no training and little good management. Employees need to be taught and also not be on their phones 24/7

Yes, they think they are higher than everyone else and lack professionalism. We could work better if management did their job.
They need to have better work ethics and no smoking on the job.

Address more attitude problems coming from employees. I understand its stressful at this place but having an attitude makes a working day 10 times stressful and infuriating than it already is. Managers always let attitude problems slide like it didnt happen.
Be more respectful and apply themeselves more.
