The way associates are treated at store levels is humiliating and half way unethical.

In my area the going rate for what I do is 3 to 4 dollars more and hour, I am not paid commission or any other type of compensation other than my low hourly wage..which makes all employees not want to try any harder. They offer no perks or incentives for employees to even think about going above.
