They need understanding and concern. They need to actually care about their employees and their employees health. Not being able to call out sick when your actually sick because you will get written up is unexecptable. And also not being able to give a doctors note on top of it. Horrible company.

As a Pharmacy Technician, we manage patients prescriptions, inventory, costumers, money, phones, counting medication. We are underpaid and undervalued because this is much more than a minium wage position when lives and patients health are in your hands.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I've contacted the ethics line and spoken to the pharmacy manager about a problematic coworker and no resolution or accountability have came from it. Nothing. This coworker gets away with everything and put more strain on everyone else.

The company is just horrible to work for, the time management of interaction with customer coupled with the unbearable demand of filling prescriptions isnt doing able. The demands are unattainable. The health safety of prescription handling is ridicilous as well.
