Store manager interviewed me and hired on the spot which i knew meant they needed the help right away
Add proficiency testing and improve HR recruitment.

I've been here a few years, so it's been awhile since I've gone through "new hire", but internal "promotional" hiring interviews seem to be nonsense, since they typically seem to pick their favorites that are in a "click" with certain other individuals.

Interviews are few and far between. The hiring process can take weeks or longer between all the classes and online courses thrown at us immediately. I have yet to see someone actually get interviewed
