I've contacted the ethics line and spoken to the pharmacy manager about a problematic coworker and no resolution or accountability have came from it. Nothing. This coworker gets away with everything and put more strain on everyone else.

Cleaning up after themselves and having a shed of integrity in their work. I shouldn't have to clean up a mess at a work station once I get there after someone else has already been there prior. I'm not their mother, and they are adults.

While the workload is split pretty fairly amongst everyone. There needs to be an end to indulging in gossip about other co-workers. It creates a hostile work environment

My coworkers always would call out or just never show up. Therefore I could never leave on time or I had to stay to cover their shifts and ultimately miss my classes.

Our team is constantly back stabbing. I constantly hear "it is not my job or I am not paid to do that". Our team does not have respect for the manager or higher ups, therefore they do not have respect for each other.

Coworkers need support from corporate as well as a living wage. They also need real training and to be provided with more hours to accommodate with burnout and call outs.
