Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is supposed to increase but I haven’t had the conversation yet. I also have only gotten one raise in 3.5 years (it was $800)

More money. Give an actual hourly to agents that are forced to be logged in for a set amount of time. We only get paid when we are on a call so there is much of the day you are committed to sitting by your computer for no compensation at all.

They're showing disrespectful behavior, and it encourages more people to act in such a way! Get rid of them! Lay down stricter rules in the form of serious words

Too many people are VTOed! Too much overtime without warning! Lunch breaks aren't paid! Coworkers are completely nasty people in behavior. HR is not always around when needed! Work is too demanding for the pay! AMAZON is NOT professional. Hire a lot more PRO managers. Stricter rules! More security!
