Very indecisive. One minute it'seems follow the floor plan "Always". The next the manager decides differently. Then the assistant tells you to do it their way. Continually setting and resetting shelves, 4-ways and racks.

I feel like they actually care about their employees. I have seen my managers go extra lengths to make sure that we are appreciated, and they always look for opportunities to help us grow in our positions. I just wish we've had more career advancement opportunities, such as taking courses, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Either more hours or higher pay, or more than just two full time positions available per store.

Undervalued -the paid rate the lack of employees If the payroll gets cut then the work load falls on the employee that are left for the day, While we on the store level do all the hard work corporate gets the big salaries the bonuses maybe Corp should work and see how it really works .

I go to work everyday on time and even stay later if asked, even come in on my days off. I have been through two reviews with no raise. Even been with company over one year. We even work 6 to 7 days a week. I just feel if someone is giving there all for a company, maybe they should pay them for that

The environment is very negative and the managers lack care and respect towards helping the store flow the way that it should. There is a lack of adequate training for people in all departments. We need improvements in the way the store is managed and hiring of individuals that want to work
