The owner's 30 year old son threatened me and the owner's did nothing about it, and then, they laid me off. The owner's son harassed and harasses my underage friends constantly, to the point where they wanted to file a police report but are too afraid of reprimand.

I got hired at $10 hr in Monticello, MN, but there's a sign stating starting wages are $13 hr. It appears that the franchise is taking advantage of first time high school students. If starting wage is $13 then everyone should get a pay bump.
