How well the employees get along

My team is great the problem lays with the general manager and higher ups

They are usually willing to help and they are able to be friends

we are close and can work effectively

When we have a good group we make it happen. Most time we are doing it alone. Working 3 stations at a time

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The lack of communication and staff makes it hard to stay on the same page and hold a good relationship

Communication, acountability and working together as a team.

They could improve their communication skills and how they react when they dont agree with a manager. We could work together better if majority of the staff wasn't family that feels as if there above everyone just because the GM is their mother

As a new recruit, I received no coaching or former training on working as a team or how to resolve disputes as a team, so I am left to believe that no one on the team has. It shows.

Get along would be a start or at least disciplinary action for those who use violence or threats of in the workplace

No meetings, no communication. Demotions are given daily based on owners mood and without cause/explanations.

Just be kind and understanding... especially of new employees because they may not have much experience and may make mistakes until they are taught.

Its my shift leads that cause issues, not only are they cruel, but they're power hungy abusers who think they can bully employees just for fun

They vape and smoke in stores. Its like hanging out with friends its so unprofessional

Work together and help out each other. Even the managers dont get along. If you have a management team that doesnt get along and are not consistant how is the work flow going to be a healthy enviroment for all?

We dont have meetings. My coworkers either do nothing or are totally strict for no actual reason (not exaggerating)

Majority of my coworkers are personal friends with each other and frequently disinclude any staff members that are outside of their circles

I feel as though they need to tell me if I do something wrong right aways. My manager says I ask too many questions. But they always told me to ask if I am hesitant. My manager got angry at me when I asked if he could mop. My managers both won't respond to my texts. I'm really fed up.
