What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive employes/coworkers and some of the nicest customers made some of my best friends at this job just need to fix corrupt management

Sometimes we have good shifts where everyone is laughing and doing their jobs effectively. Those are the shifts that have made me stay for over 2 years now. Everyone is kind, funny, and no one gets mad over small mistakes.

New management and more employees. Company codes, conduct, and policies being followed. Employees actually being trained instead of just being thrown in to a postition to learn on their own.
