Dairy Queen Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't know what to say about it

Medical stuffs and being able to stay safe

I don't have one, I am a minor.

Right now im part time and this is bot applicable to me.

I think there good and fair.

The free food I get

I currently dont get to work full time

Nothing, minors do not get benefits.

Rate of pay is the best

Some people got bonuses this year.

That i work a lot

Salary, Bemefits and the work / family life balance.

I'm paid finer than what I've seen for other jobs, and I believe for what I do it's a fair wage compared to what I do in my job.

The hourly pay is generous

Review from Sales Dept

I am going on a vacation

Review from Marketing Dept

I can make up a good life

I got paid to do a job

Flexible schedule I have fibromyalgia and phesudabar. Team work well together

It's working for me so far

Dont know what that means

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I’ve gotten fired for no reas

similar jobs at comparable companies have far higher pay brackets than DQ. They are ablet to maintain such low compensation due to the longevity of the staff. They tend to keep non-performers who are happy doing the bare minimum for whatever DQ wants to pay.

I feel we dont matter as employees

If they would put more care into their employees

If I had any benefits besides only 1 week of PTO every year.

Too much to get into here......suffice it to say employees are merely tools for their end goal

A different place of employment

Healthcare and more than minimum wage

actually having ANY benefits would be a good start.

If we at least got recognized for the above an beyond that we do to make people wanna come back

Because I havent gotten a raise in a year and 7 months when other people have.

Better pay and respect would be nice

I was the first of all staff hired in for the new location, and was supposed to be hired in for the shift leader position. I trained and trained on grill instead. Upon open, I was told I have first dibs on the position by my manager. After open 4 women were given my position without working for it.

benefits insurance better pay more hours appreciation for hard work

I do not get paid enough

I am treated differently than my coworkers

i am very over worked for my age. we do not get raises. but also get paid under the table for overtime.

Review from Customer Support Dept

i get way less tips than anyone else when i get the most from customers

More raises, training the managers and following through with saying yiu can become a manager

Fully staffed and trained and paid more
