What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management yell at employees about things that should be addressed professionally. They are not leaders in the sense of doing what is right in certain aspects during a shift, the customers are fine and work is great but fairness is not here at my Applebees on 192 Kissimmee Florida

I have worked for this company for three years. these last 6 months has been the WORST!! we recently received a new GM And I can honestly say he does not know how to manage. I believe he should not be a Manager let alone a general manager. He needs more training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I NEED PAID, SOMEONE HELP ME, SO DISAPPOINTED IN HOW UNFAIR I WAS TREATED I NEVER NEW A COMPANY COULD TREAT THERE STAFF LIKE THIS, IT ONLY TAKE 5 MINUTES TO MAKE IT RIGHT, AND I HAVE PROOF HOW I WAS TREADTED, UNBELIEVABLE UNFAIR AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN SOMEONE THAT CARES HELP I GIVE UP!!

I get my hours cut anytime management has any personal issues with me. I can never talk with my managers about solutions without there being dismissed or threatened. I would like to see better leadership.

February 28 of 2021 it was a very windy morning and afternoon I was scheduled as a server, I come in to my shift on time ready to work And because of Covid we have outdoor patio. The wind blew all the tents away and yet the general manager had me on for four hours not doing Anything, waste of time.

The general manager treats all of us like we are five years old, he is always hovering and trying to coach everyone, but he does not help out. I feel like I am overworked.

When I first started working there I felt very secure and and wanted and actually really wanted to work there now that we got a new GM everything has changed and I felt like discriminated against and I honestly wasn't happy and I'm not happy when I walk through those doors

Don't discriminate. Our GM told all of us he didnt hire a specific women because she was "too big", and then she came and ate in our bar and warned our bartender to be careful because "she might eat you".
