What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is easy to work with.
Everyone helps each other when there is a rush incase it gets to full
They treat everyone like humans
Shift mangers doing their best with corporate restraints

I belive our leadership team is more family based and i like that we all work as a team
The management team does physically work hard & knows company policy. Its just not implemented on every shift.

Management yell at employees about things that should be addressed professionally. They are not leaders in the sense of doing what is right in certain aspects during a shift, the customers are fine and work is great but fairness is not here at my Applebees on 192 Kissimmee Florida

Very stirct and organized, but still very friendly and helpfull
I like my GM and Area Director. The market President is nice too but Cooperate has unreasonable expectations and has long ago forgotten what it is like working in a restaurant.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are consistently out of items each week I have to go in to find what we're out of it's very disheartening as an employee to have to go to my tables and explain to them that we are out of multiple things every day

team work ! theres a motto at applebees find it, fix it i personaly am big on this, its just the right thing to do. a lot of my coworkers are lazy and incompetent. I run across station being compltly empty. Or if ipull the last I think of the next server who's gonna come across this will be delayed.

There needs to be structure there. Everyone did what they wanted to and managers didnt care.

I am placing a complaint on Applebees Spring road Manager Trease for threathing my job and firing me unfairly in a discrimnatory manor because of me homelessness current economical situation. Ever since she found out im homeless laziness is worse, i work hard while she does nothing the entire shift
