What are some of the best things about your team?

we mostly all can work together especially in a rush.

They help when its busy

My coworkers make work bearable

Staff follows leadership. From my own accounts, there are three managers and the general manager absconds responsibilities blaming other managers as opposed to efficiently training his staff and behaving in a professional manner

Toxic managers make the meetings about them, and not the company.

A good team leader that doesn't pick favorites

they said when i started we are a team. i needed help and no one would stay to help me out. there is no team player in steubenville

communicating and respect towards other coworkers

All of the coworkers with exception of 2 work together very well , just 2 that always seem to be in the management business and or dont show up on time or show up at all. No consequences are given to either individual no matter how many times these situations happen

Simple kindness, politeness, & respect for others. Team environment & positivity. Quailty of food & safe handling of food.

We all need to be on the same page about how we operate and do certain things, what we expect out of each other as well.

Laziness, cleaniness, integrity, self, morals, dicipline, ownership for their own mistakes, re-trained properly. Stop training brand new people on a friday Sat night thats unfair on trainer& new hire. overwhelmed and the trainer wants to make some money NOT train. Cert neighb experts just -me only

We should all be held to the same standard not pushing our work off on others then expecting the tips as well. Taking lonf breaks, having others do your job for you and getting away with it.

My coworkers are not the issue. The issue is that coworkers do not have the proper, caring management they need. Management there could care less about the issues that go on in the environment. Over seating, unsanitary stations, hand lining food with Bare hands. Customer complaints about management.
