I love working at your company

Customer Service should be Number One. i see the quality of service has fallen to the waste side. Timing is everything!!! Greeting goes along with the job.If the wait time us 45minutes to an hour acknowledge the people and appose to ignoring them when they come through the door.

If I show up early for a shift my General Manager cusses me out and takes away hours from my scheduled shifts as punishment for being on time for a scheduled shift

I have a manager that is supposed to be scheduling people correctly, but if she gets angry she reflects her anger upon her employees schedules by either cutting their hours, scheduling outside of availability and also giving hard workers the blunt end of hours

  • By eliminating the members of the staff that are slackers so to speak. Eliminate the employees that dont contribute to the staff as a team player those who speak badly of others those who make conflict among the staff. Eliminate those who basically just stand around and let others do all the work. I believe that work is called work for a reason because you have to work.

  • Ensure hosts are sitting employees and all are getting fair sections based on experience and can handle the sections. Rotation of sections in foh and management ensure rhier is no favouritism

  • Physically, it's great exercise. You don't stop much. It's great for we eloping communication and interpersonal skills as well as improving your memory.

  • Some days a lot some data not

  • Very b/c you stayed pretty busy, there were always a lot of slow food times & mistakes (especially on steak 4 out of 5 were never cooked properly) dishes were often very backed up & us servers would have to do it in between serving customers or be without silverware & glasses b/c they didn't have a dish person full time during the day! Very stressful situation!

  • I used to feel extremely secure.

  • About 50/50

  • The first 3 months very secure. Our Main store manager & GM were demoted & moved to another store & we got the managers from that store, which made it a complete mess. While it was noticeable they were trying to bring some order to the restaurant they were terrible with trying to get to know us, our strengths and/or weaknesses & people started getting fired that were the better servers?? We had too many servers at that point & if you made a mistake you lost your job period...no options, no questions asked, just fired!

    Not very good...there are a lot of problems among management, staff & the cooks. Food during evening & especially late night comes out terrible & was an embarrassment to serve, also very slow...every server except the few that were "favorites" complained b/c there were a select few of us that would get stuck doing all BOH & most of FOH sidework, especially the closers (me) & there were never any negative consequences to the same people that left without doing anything!
