I love working at your company
Customer Service should be Number One. i see the quality of service has fallen to the waste side. Timing is everything!!! Greeting goes along with the job.If the wait time us 45minutes to an hour acknowledge the people and appose to ignoring them when they come through the door.
If I show up early for a shift my General Manager cusses me out and takes away hours from my scheduled shifts as punishment for being on time for a scheduled shift
I have a manager that is supposed to be scheduling people correctly, but if she gets angry she reflects her anger upon her employees schedules by either cutting their hours, scheduling outside of availability and also giving hard workers the blunt end of hours

Most of them a kind and helpful.
Most are great people there's a few that are deceiving and jealous of new employees
What's the interview process like at Applebee's?
Very simple and straight forward
It was quick & easy. I applied online, got a call for a face to face interview in a week, was hired that day, did orientation a week later, training & working on my own.
How rewarding is your job at Applebee's?
Intrinsically rewarding when your satisfying customers and extrinsically when you receive good tips.
Was rewarding when I worked the first 3 months financially & with management, however the manager that handeled the schedule changed too often & I went from full time to maybe getting 2 days b/c they over hired servers the months after I came on & my hours dropped drastically without warning. I would pick up shifts, if allowed. The last 2 managers that did the schedule didn't care for me & it showed by the schedule. My FOH manager tried to help as did the new Manager, however when I left I was told by management that I "always" bothered them with emails about working & picking up shifts & hours...so b/c I was starving on 2 days of work & asking weekly to pick up shifts that was more a problem to them instead of looking at it like I did thinking I was showing them I wanted to work!

Attached to the kitchen, basically a very small box office

Never for serving staff unless done by state or federal legislature
