My direct manager is easy to work with.
Everyone helps each other when there is a rush incase it gets to full

the general manager is the problem not his assistant managers

Respecting other and no letting abusing their power
they need to lead by example and do the job they preach about
We are consistently out of items each week I have to go in to find what we're out of it's very disheartening as an employee to have to go to my tables and explain to them that we are out of multiple things every day

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think they have the best benefits
I think it's wonderful packaged
It was very good and wonderful
So I don't believe we are given PTO at my store
Just like it package is worth it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know every position excoet for managing and i'm treated like i'm not valuable until i threaten to leave.
Not gettin paid for the responsabilty ive been given
Better compensation, the job can be extremely stressful, dealing with a rude customers, not having proper supplies to do our job properly and being blamed for things beyond our control as hourly employees.

About half of them are willing to help and are super nice

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more respectful too others
Lots of employees get off easy by managers, never recieving the proper consequences for not doing their jobs or disappearing on the spot or leaving early due to seniority.
If gm cared more about employee
Servers takes advantage of the host with bussing their tables.

There are a few of us who can let all the negativity flow off our back and choose to have a good time and maintain a professional environment

Explain more about the job.
not making people wait 30 minutes for an interview. if you schedule the time you should be prepared.
I went thru 3 interviews plus my sister talking to them to get me a job. I applied for prep. Thai didn't think I had wat it took to b prep considering I had zero kitchen experience. I ended up knowing all 3 cooking station gu and prep in less then a yr at applebees
Not having a fake manager hiring only hot women because she's lesbian and keeping those employees when they don't contribute as a team or at all they're lazy!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making meals for our customers and having regulars come in and ask who's cooking to know what to order.

Geneal Manager needs to be more visible out on the floor to head off any problems before they start and not always in the office

Lack of compitent management, putting a good face when higher ups are in building.
The management team at my applebee's is a joke. they get paid to bully.
By taking care of good employees which interns takes care of good customers which interns makes a company thrive
Managers aren't helping ensure that staff and guest are taken care of

The potential it has. Great everything.
