I went thru 3 interviews plus my sister talking to them to get me a job. I applied for prep. Thai didn't think I had wat it took to b prep considering I had zero kitchen experience. I ended up knowing all 3 cooking station gu and prep in less then a yr at applebees
Not having a fake manager hiring only hot women because she's lesbian and keeping those employees when they don't contribute as a team or at all they're lazy!
Have better managers on deck, helping more, caring more and being a lot more sanitary than ever. There has been multiple times where management has managed/transferee food with their bare hands, disregarded wear gloves for sanitary reasons.

Don't discriminate. Our GM told all of us he didnt hire a specific women because she was "too big", and then she came and ate in our bar and warned our bartender to be careful because "she might eat you".

well when an applicant shows up dont just leave them at the door and walk away without saying anything but the general manager will be out here to deal with you and then stand around on your phone
"What was the last funny thing to happen to you" is not a legitimate or work-related question is pretty stupid to ask
Drug screening,,,management monthly hourly employees once within 30 days
Be more thorough in what to expect and how training will occur
