Managers need to want to be there

Rules are there for a reason & need to be enforced for the good of the patrons as well as staff. For the better of everyone.
Our managers need to be refreshed on how to manage to ensure that guest and employees aren't left to figure it out on there own
Change in management and please make sure store has with it needs on the truck. I have worked there since October snd each week its something diff i have to tell we dnt hav its embarrasing last week no mash, no bun, no fries no bonesless = no $ money me people dnt want a burger & brocc!

There are just too many people with different personalities involved. Some people think they're better than others.
Hire more people. Managers should be supervised by upper management and held accountable. Incetives to keep your emplyees.
Hire people who don't see a new hire as a treat to they job.

By not allowing managers in second or third key positions to be able to retaliate towrds employees when complaints to the general manage have been made.
Server only allowed to work 2 hours per shift . This is absolutely ridiculous . The manager favortising certain coworks by "allowing " them to work more hours . No server should work less then 6-8 hours unless they request to work kess . I work 6 days a week 2 hours each day . This is horrible .
