Awful. Favortism goes on, one of the managers at the store I was at stole thousands of dollars from our store, and she still has a job, another manager bullies everyone, and the other one makes people feel bad for being sick. Worst job I have ever had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my fellow coworkers, that's it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're hardworking, dedicated, and are mostly positive amd upbeat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay got lowered without anyone talking to me which is illegal. I was doing 4 jobs on one shift and was getting paid for 1.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't discriminate. Our GM told all of us he didnt hire a specific women because she was "too big", and then she came and ate in our bar and warned our bartender to be careful because "she might eat you".
