This business is run so badly. I have worked for many different restaurants and kitchens and this is by far the worse. Managers are rude, mean and do not even treat you humanely

Management is constantly setting goals but never letting employees know the progress on those goals. "Earn more surveys because our survey rating is low" but never lets employees know if the rating improves. This results in a constant demanding culture with no gratification or progress report.

Everything they give us is great.

They work you way to hard for the lowest wages possible. Don't even treat you humanely

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to be treated better. Pay should reflect the amount of work and effort needed to work there. Managers are rude

Management could be more positive and treat employees like they matter. Instead of demanding that we get something done, maybe let us know the progress of the goal we have been trying to achieve.
