Last year they changed our benefits and now we pay very high deductibles and copay. It has not changed for next year.

I no longer work for Sutter Health. I work for a new company in the interview process was fantastic they treat me with dignity and respect and appreciation

It was a panel interview but the first thing someone said was "don't be nervous because there are five of us...we all went through the same process and know it's a bit intimidating". That put me at ease.

Improve the working environment by showing appreciation to those who work hard rather than looking at employees as a cost center. Stop making us feel that we are an expense rather than an asset

We are so isolated that we can't work as a team. It used to be fun to go to work. Now that we are in a new building, we all dread coming to work now. We need more nurses to keep things safe and we need to reconfigure our work environment to make it so that we can work together.
