Sutter Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team promotes good communication and is supportive

Open and transparent with communication

Upper leadership is a disaster with no accountability or fortitude in following through on empty promises. Critical care especially has been instrumental in the departure of nearly all of their most experienced team members. Nobody wants to work in ICU anymore.

My work place is peaceful, I love to work in this company.

They listen to my concerns and act on them

They are great and always willing to help

There are good to their employees

I love the people I work with

Managers what their employees to succeed, grow and develop, and are supportive of their personal needs.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything and how they treat people.

Team needs to improve on supporting their providers.

They need to talk to each other and get organized. How can you lead a team if you as a leader are lost?

Listen to employees and there concerns. Hire HR that actually cares what employees are saying to them and not just sweeping concerns under the rug

Everything! There is not ONE positive thing to say about them. The worst though is making me feel dumb while trying to do my job but yet never trained me on how exactly he wanted me to do such job.

Acknowledge lack of supervisor skills and how it affects department needs. Maybe a supervisor turn over every 3 years to improve department and staff

The only way to get ahead in the system is to sleep with the boss... it’s a sick system that rewards only the few. Catch lab manager for her job by cheating on her husband and sleeping with her boss. She was then rewarded a huge pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better communication. Make sure everyone is on the same page

Review from Customer Support Dept

Appreciating their staff, more recognition

Review from Customer Support Dept

Caring about people . .

They're more interested in $$ for leadership than they are in employee satisfaction or patient safety.
