Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance is a joke, a server would have to work everyday and then hands over their ENTIRE paycheck to pay for insurance!! Another joke?! No reality... Corporate tries to tell people they can make up to twenty dollars an hour, when the cap is 15.50 period, and then THEY STEAL OR GRILL OP BONUS!!

Paddle come in to have a good time, usually it's not annoying... When the schedule is changed and you not notified about it and your grill op bonus has been taken and your time modified to say you were there exactly ten hours makes it extremely frustrating
