Growth and avoiding intimidation tactics are pushed on all levels. Managers are paid based on retention.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A complete overhaul and start over
The manager shouldn't tell me to lie about what shit im going to be working after training because i was supposed to be some girls replacement.
Excecuting the rules more and explaining new ideas that are being tested
Better division managers. People who actually care
Need a new cook who don't be outside in talking down to employees to customers it's horrible in embarrassing
Better co workers. Quit pawning their work onto others
Value their employees give raises to make them feel appreciative promotion more money for sure cuz we make them quite a bit

the boss to quit blaming everything on corprate
Family should not oversee family it's bad for business family shouldn't be in the same store or be under a district with family in charge
More security and better overnight management system
