Coworkers aren't the problem...TRAINING (lack of) is the problem. If everyone were held to the same standards and held accountable for their refusal to do certain aspects of the job everyone would improve.

I think the main issue is special treatment by upper management since they have their partner & CHILDREN working in units.. It hinders the unit manager and even district to do there job correctly
Teamwork doesn't mean run out side ever few minutes to smoke. Or seat in the back room while everyone else does your job!!!

There are NO meetings at my unit
Coworkers and fellow employees are somewhat rude, and aloof towards newcomers. There is very little assistance provided that does not include an attitude. They are often dirty, and unkempt, and expect others to clean up after them relentlessly.
waitresses don't work together as a team. This is true throughout he restaurant industry as a whole.
