All of us servers generally get along. Unless your dating the manager on the side so they give that server biased treatment. Causes resentment

Coworkers aren't the problem...TRAINING (lack of) is the problem. If everyone were held to the same standards and held accountable for their refusal to do certain aspects of the job everyone would improve.

waitresses don't work together as a team. This is true throughout he restaurant industry as a whole.
Coworkers and fellow employees are somewhat rude, and aloof towards newcomers. There is very little assistance provided that does not include an attitude. They are often dirty, and unkempt, and expect others to clean up after them relentlessly.
There are NO meetings at my unit
they need to wait on their customers
They need to improve on not talking inappropriate on the line

Teamwork doesn't mean run out side ever few minutes to smoke. Or seat in the back room while everyone else does your job!!!
I think the main issue is special treatment by upper management since they have their partner & CHILDREN working in units.. It hinders the unit manager and even district to do there job correctly
