Investment in development is a huge part of the company. Everyone starts on the bottom and goes up. So its vital.

my manager and district manager are really cool people, they feel like family to me and they have been very good to me

I think waffle house should give employees opportunities to build with the company give everyone chances to move up in the company I've been here for 9 years and still haven't had a chance to become a manager

Treating the employees better and handling things properly.

Probably Training their employees properly

Paying people properly, staffing correctly, creating roles that doesnt require people to be overworked or overextended.

Considering their employees thoughts and feelings instead of their ratings.

Listen to your employees!! Make sure you use the hotline,but the truth of it all they don't care.

He should stop having relationships with his employees and actually be the manager

Not talking about every person they hate in just got to judge its so uncomfortable working now

Make sure all performances all in accordance with Waffle House way

Integrity honesty and partiality I feel they should listen to the other employees and what they are saying if my district manager would have done so this would have been called well before it ever got to where it's at

Not gossiping about other people

Correctly handling employee paychecks weekly, and following through on keeping track of hours worked.

Recognize the good employees. Be appreciative. Go to some kind of management school
