The corporate side of the company just seems to want paddle to do all they're told... Even though they're told to do WAY MORE than they are paid!! It's ridiculous how they try to intimidate and threaten people's jobs the the smallest infraction... There is ZERO incentive to go above and beyond

We take care of each other, waffle house ain't gonna help us so we help each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Paddle come in to have a good time, usually it's not annoying... When the schedule is changed and you not notified about it and your grill op bonus has been taken and your time modified to say you were there exactly ten hours makes it extremely frustrating
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance is a joke, a server would have to work everyday and then hands over their ENTIRE paycheck to pay for insurance!! Another joke?! No reality... Corporate tries to tell people they can make up to twenty dollars an hour, when the cap is 15.50 period, and then THEY STEAL OR GRILL OP BONUS!!
