leadership? make it clear how are leaders other than managment. They need to always respect they're employees, never make them uncomfortable in any way period.

Hiring people who are excited about making our stores better with giving good customer service and showing up and just all in all team work management never relates to the staff anything anymore and our servers and grill ops feel like we are not cared about or our opinion doesn't matter and it's sad

The leadership team is very out of touch with the people on the ground. leading to unrealistic goals and deadlines. When the pandemic hit the people on the top took away cook bonuses and 25% of the unit manager salaries. I am about to leave waffle house and never look back.

Firing associates who assault other associates, not stealing money from the waitress who only makes 3 dollars an hour and denying her overtime when the manager is always so late I have to stay over an hour after my shift.

I literally had money stolen from me via my manager altering my hours on my paystub. She then claimed it was my fault she had to alter it even though she was constantly late.

I was let go for no reason she didn't even tell me she was letting me go she just took me off the schedule and then would not answer me

We work too hard and dont get paid enough. No hollidays off. Christmas is a must and if you are sick its come in or lose the job. If you have car problems that need fixed asap they will still offer to drive you to work and if you refuse they have a right to fire you.

They can hire more people. We have 50% of the staff we should have on 3rd shift 1 cook instead of 2 and 1 server instead of the 3 that we should have.

The manager is constantly late and on her phone. First shift is constantly late yet the manager fixes their paystubs so it looks like they were early. Manager picks favorites and won't hold them accountable.

Get a real dishwasher. Train and make these people feel that there will be consequences. Had a coworker cuss out a manager 2 times in 2 days. Got suspended for 3 days. Most places will fire you for that.
