Honestly if it wasn't for the customers I would not stay because I have never experienced so many drug addicts and lazy violent people I apologize but it's the truth I have worked at 4 stores in the area and each one has had the same experience
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are a family and should really be more considerate of each other and learn team work I really wish our store managers would just spend the time to make us better
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the smile on my customers faces when I take care of them there's nothing better than being able to make someone's day I love my job because they appreciate me and make me feel needed...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the relationship I have with our customers when they see me and their faces light up and the laughs we share there's nothing better I REALLY love my job because of them... We have servers cooks managers who fight with each other the customers make my job worth it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring people who are excited about making our stores better with giving good customer service and showing up and just all in all team work management never relates to the staff anything anymore and our servers and grill ops feel like we are not cared about or our opinion doesn't matter and it's sad
