What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus, and performances based stock options. All based on performance. If you are strong talent, the rewards are awesome.

Very competitive pay with amazing benefits as well as a ton of perks.

The stock. My hourly wage could be higher, as other companies are paying a little higher wage, but Intuit's stock provided to employees is nice!

We're encouraged to be open and honest. The office is bright, airy. Nice campus. Free snacks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The systems stink. There's nothing more embarrassing than systems breaking down, which is happening a couple times weekly. Beyong that, there's issues that have been broken for OVER A YEAR, and what could have been a 5 munute call a year and a half ago, could be 2.5 hrs, was this week once.
