BY FAR the worst company I have ever worked for. HON is unethical, violates contracts and treat employees like crap. 12-16 hour days with no reward and that supposed "unlimited vacation" is never taken...HON implemented it just so they don't have to pay out all the regrettable attrition upon exit!

Communicating to employees. Stop talking about only executives and chairmen. Let your people know where they stand, or morale will never improve and your employees will be eager to leave. If you're going to blab about execs and shareholders, DON'T send those emails to us as if we are privy to perks.

Because Honeywell doesn't pay the basic of human needs. To be payed fairly and at a minimum receive inflation & cost of living increases on an annual bases

Match employees 401k per paycheck not at the end of the year. Pay based on a 40 hour work week, adjust the benefits to be affordable

Been with them 13 years they average a pay every 2.5 years & now if weekend overtime is required they take your vacation time from you to cover any hours not worked

Job authority not aligned with job responsibilities. Middle management and above focus upward. Last half a decade of benefit clawbacks. Corporate limiting of positive performance evaluations resulting in compensation restriction. Refocus of recognition in terms of compensation at regional level.

The problem isn't our workers, it is greedy and stupid execs who are blissfully and purposefully detached from reality. Their piggy banks are all that exists. Joke will be on them when no one wants to work here anymore after doing the bare minimum for the paycheck. That's all there is good.

Don't lie to applicants, show competence in your work, be able to find an answer to a question instead of sending someone on a D&D quest talking to 10+ (not kidding) people before the answer was found for a simple issue that could have been corrected by HR.
